Hi, I'm Erin.

Being with & in our bodies can be hard.

So many of us live with trauma, chronic pain, addiction, illness or aging and and being in our bodies may not feel safe, comfortable, or trustworthy.

Our bodies may be deemed "less than" by white body supremacy & feeling safe and resourced in our bodies may be a rare social luxury because of

  • ongoing racialized trauma & violence against our bodies,
  • transphobia that denies our power, worth, and basic rights,
  • homophobia that refuses to know the beauty of our love, sexuality, and families,
  • misogyny & toxic masculinity that require and normalize objectification, violence, domination,
  • ableism that marks us "disabled," marginalizing our embodied experience and requiring us to challenge the status quo simply to engage with others and access spaces.

Our bodies are personal and political and ALL of our bodies are.

No evaluation needed. The ladder of more deserving or less deserving is something humans made. We can unmake it, too.

We all deserve to feel magical, alive, & at home in our skin. Whatever keeps us from experiencing this is a cry for social change & healing.

is Being in your body...

Hard, maybe even scary?

Hard, maybe even scary?

Hard, maybe even scary?

Maybe being in your body is not safe.

Maybe you don't feel equipped to safely hold and feel what comes up.

It's overwhelming.

Is this keeping you stuck?

Unfamiliar?

Hard, maybe even scary?

Hard, maybe even scary?

Maybe you live in your head and don't now how to do it differently.

Maybe you don't notice your body's cues being raised in a culture that says mind over matter, walk it off, don't cry.

Do you want to experience

more aliveness?

Empowering?

Hard, maybe even scary?

Empowering?

Maybe  experiencing aliveness in your body is a way of life for you.

Do some problematic

embodied patterns impact your relationships, job, or self-esteem?

Would you like to enlist your body's wisdom  in your growth?

If you want to

  • experience embodiment with more safety, aliveness, and choice,

  • relate differently to chronic pain, trauma, or addiction,

  • let go of some well worn habits,

  • expand how you tend to show up and build new embodied habits,

  • improve your capacity for intimacy and relationships,

  • or want to enlist your embodied awareness in creating change,

I provide embodying practices, support, and space to help you find your way.
